The new single from Melbourne based alt-country stalwarts Lachlan Bryan & The Wildes, “Long Way To Fall” has been a long time coming. Nearly 10 years in fact.
“I actually wrote this song before we even made our first album”, explains Lachlan Bryan. “When I would play it live it would always go down well. But we never quite had the right arrangement with the band for it, and it never really fit on an album until the other songs on [2016 album] The Mountain came along. I’m glad it finally made it.”
“Long Way To Fall” features guest vocals from Lachlan Bryan & The Wildes’ sometimes touring partner Aleyce Simmonds – take a listen to a sample of the track below:
Lachlan Bryan & The Wildes will be appearing at the Broadbeach Country Music Festival from the 28th to 30th July.
