New Single From Tracy McNeil, “Wildcats”

Canadian born, Melbourne based alt-country singer Tracy McNeil has just released her brand new single “Wildcats” and it’s pretty neat. At first there’s a very “New Slang” vibe to the track but as soon as McNeil’s vocals kick in you know this is going to be far rockier than anything The Shins have produced. Take a listen below:

“Wildcats” is the first single from Tracy McNeil’s third full-length album entitled Nobody Ever Leaves, due for release early next year. McNeil and her band will be celebrating the release of “Wildcats” at the Spotted Mallard in Melbourne with a Sunday residency through September.
