The Peak Festival Adds More Artists to Lineup

The Peak Festival, held over the Queen’s Birthday Weekend in Perisher NSW, has just added a bunch more artists for their debut event.

Joining the likes of The Herd, Dereb The Abassador, Lachy Doley and The Little Stevies will be The Public Opinion Afro Orchestra (above), Claude Hay and the Gentle Enemies, Jordan C Thomas, Vendulka, Glenn Cardier, Shellie Morris, Azadoota, Matt Glass, The Chocolate Strings and Belle Jar.

The Peak Festival takes place from the 6th to 9th June. Check out the official site for more details.

Lime and Steel Announce Canberra Show Next Week

Blue Mountains based folk-bluegrass four-piece Lime and Steel have announced plans for a very special show in Canberra next week. On the 8th February Lime and Steel will be picking and harmonising up a storm at The Front Gallery Cafe in the nation’s capital. Joining them in the support slot will be (recently) local singer-songwriter Vendulka who is also one third of festival favourites The Miss Chiefs.
