Seasick Steve is one of those artists that everyone just says you have to see. He’s captivated audiences the world around, including in Australia, with his own take on twang, blues, boogie-woogie and rock and roll.

On the 20th March Seasick Steve will release his brand new album Sonic Soul Surfer. The album was recorded in Seasick Steve’s front room with his longtime drummer Dan Magnusson and also features appearances from Luther Dickinson (slide guitar), Georgina Leach (fiddle) and Ben Miller (jaw harp).

“The whole record is mostly me and Dan sitting there drinking and playing,” says Seasick Steve. “There ain’t a whole lot of producing going on! But I know what I’m doing and I know what I want.”
