Friday Folk Flashback

“Irish Boy” – Mark Knopfler

Taken from the the 1984 movie Cal and featuring the talents of Paul Brady (tin whistle, mandolin) and Liam O’Flynn (uillean pipes), “Irish Boy” is among some of Knopfler’s best soundtrack work. A fitting song for a week with St Patrick’s Day and a new Mark Knopfler album.
