Jackson McLaren Announces Bi-City Residency with The Falls

This morning we were very excited to learn that tonight’s pop-up Folk Club at Arcadia Liquors in Redfern is actually the first of a seven date, two city residency for Melbourne based singer-songwriter Jackson McLaren, and he’s bringing Sydney’s The Falls along for the ride.

Jackson McLaren recently released his new EP Walk Along The Wire and the residency shows will celebrate this. In Sydney McLaren and The Falls will be taking over Folk Club at Arcadia Liquors in Redfern with a rotating list of guests including Jep&Dep (tonight), Tigertown (Wed 21st November), Boy Outside (Wed 28th November) and Jack Carty (Wed 5th December). The Melbourne residency takes place at Gertrudes Brown Couch in Fitzroy with Jackson McLaren and The Falls joined by Vance Joy (Thur 15th November), Whitaker (Thur 22nd November) and Ainslie Wills (Thu 29th November).
