I may be a little controversial here but I think Here, the newest album from Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros, is actually superior to their much lauded breakout Up From Below. Here just feels a lot more focused and they definitely play up the folk and country sound son it a lot more.
The latest single from Here is “Child” which has a brand new fan made video. Polish fan Michal Byra won a competition with Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros to make a music video for any song from Here and “Child” is the one he chose – it’s a pretty touching video as well. Check it out below:
