In May 2012 a very special album titled Take Something Beautiful, celebrating the music of the late Jesse Younan (above) and featuring some of the best in the business, was released to much critical acclaim. And now that album will be translated to the stage with a very special show at this year’s Mullum Music Festival.

Jordie Lane, Jen Cloher, Greg J Walker (Machine Translations), Emily Lubitz (TinPan Orange) and M Jack Bee will be joined by a full band and string section to perform Jesse Younan’s beautiful music live on stage. All five artists contributed to the Take Something Beautiful album so it will be an absolute pleasure to watch them recreate this music on the Mullum Stage.

The concert will take place on the 23rd November at the Mullumbimby Civic Hall. The Mullum Music Festival takes place between the 22nd and 25th November. For more information on the festival and this very special concert including how to get your hands on tickets check out the official Mullum Music Festival web site here.
