If you made it down to Folk Club in Sydney last Wednesday you’ll have caught the first of Packwood’s two week residency and would no doubt have been once again blown away but just how talented the man is. And it helps that he surrounded himself with talented folks as well with both Jess Chalker and Belle and the Bone People winning new fans on the night.
This Wednesday 10th October at the Oxford Art Galley Packwood will be joined by the very talented Andy Golledge and Sydney indie-folk legends Liam Gale & the Ponytails. As always the night is free with the understanding if you like the music you’ll forgo a beer and drop a couple of dollars into the hat. Timber and Steel’s Gareth Hugh Evans will be there in host mode and the talented folks at Artheory will be capturing the best bits from the night on camera to be uploaded to the interwebs for the world to see.
