Martha Tilston was a revelation at the National Folk Festival a couple of years ago. She was the last artist I saw in what was a packed festival and to be honest I only stopped by her concert because it was on the way back to my campsite but I was absolutely blown away by her music and walked away with her entire back catalogue of CDs.
Tilston has just announced her brand new album titled Machines of Love and Grace. The album will be released on the 1st October which will then be followed by a UK tour. I wonder if there’s any way we can coax her down our way again some time soon?
