***UPDATE: All Double Passes Have Now Been Given Away***

Yesterday Melbourne based progressive folk musician Hayden Calnin debuted his brand new video “For My Help”. If you haven’t stumbled across Calnin’s music before then you’re in for a treat – he’s been garnering comparisons with Matt Corby (in particular for his liberal use of the loop pedal) and Bon Iver and we think he’s something pretty special.

Check out “For My Help”, directed by Tom Milekovic, below:

Hayden Calnin will be launching his new EP City, from which “For My Help” is taken, at shows in Melbourne at The Workers Club (24th August) and Sydney at FBi Social (19th September). And we have a double pass for each show to give away. All you need to do is send us your name and which show you’d like to go to to timberandsteelaustralia@gmail.com – first in first served!

The dates for the two launch shows, plus Calnin’s appearance at Bigsound, are below:

Friday 24th August – The Workers Club, Melbourne, VIC
Thursday 13th of September – Bigsound Live, Brisbane, QLD
Wednesday 19th September – FBi Social, Sydney, NSW
