I got married back in March and because our wedding was on a farm in the middle of no where (meaning everyone had to dish out cash to get there) we asked for no presents. But of course people got us presents – wonderful, thoughtful presents – and for that we’re grateful.
One of the couples who couldn’t make it to the wedding sent us a very touching message and a copy of The Lumineers debut self-titled album assuring us we’d love it. Which we do – it’s been on high rotation ever since it landed in our stereo.
And my favourite track from The Lumineers is “Ho Hey” which also happens to be a single from the album and the first video that local label Inertia sent our way when they started distributing them. Because it means so much to me I thought I’d share it with you below – enjoy:
